We believe in a cohesive look throughout your wedding stationery. That’s why all of our designs are available in
matching menus, programs, signs and any anything else you may need for your special day.
We recommend starting your order 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Menus are placed at each place setting and inform guests of the details of their meal. Menus are available as either 5”x7” or 9.25”x4” depending on your preferred style. We are happy to customize menus to include individual guest names at the top in lieu of place/escort cards.
Place cards are placed at each place setting with the person’s name and meal selections when applicable. Escort cards will include the same information as well as the table number as the card is intended to “escort” the guests to their respective table. Meal selections can be identified using animal icons, initials, different print colors or another distinguishable change. Place/escort cards are available at 3.5”x2.5” tented or flat style.
In lieu of individual cards, seating assignment cards can display the guests names by table or in alphabetical order. Seating assignment cards are available as 5”x7” or 8”x10”.
We can also design oversized 24”x36” seating charts to hold all guest names and table numbers on a single board.
Table numbers are placed on each table to identify them. Table numbers are available in 4”x6” or 5”x7” sizes, both single- and double-sided printing.
Programs are available as tall-skinny cards or booklets depending on how much information you have. Booklets are recommended for religious or longer ceremonies. Your program will typically include an introduction section (including your names, date and venue), order of service, the wedding party and an optional thank you note.
Welcome signs, bar signs, guest book signs and anything else you can imagine, we’ve got you covered! We’re happy to design and print any sign up to 8”x10”. For larger signs, we will create a digital file for you to print locally.
Welcome letters and/or itineraries are a great way to welcome guests who are traveling from out of town and destination weddings. Welcome letters and itineraries are typically a double-sided 5”x7” card. If you’d like to recommend local restaurants, things to do and/or include a map, we are happy to accommodate these requests.
