How does the order process work?
1. Submit your order with your wording and customization requests.
2. An invoice will be sent via Quickbooks within 1-2 business days to review order details. Once paid, your initial proofs will be sent for review.
3. You'll have the opportunity to make 2 additional rounds of revisions. Proof updates are sent every 1-2 business days.
3. Once the final proofs are approved, your invitations will be ready to ship within 2 weeks (digital printing) or 3 weeks (letterpress/foil stamping).
How long does the whole process take?
The proofing process takes an average of 1 week however, this varies based on response times and number of revisions. Once the final proofs are approved, please allow 2-3 weeks for printing and assembly depending on print method.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders. International shipping prices will vary based on location and weight of package.
Can I customize the fonts and colors?
Yes! The customization options are available here.
Can I combine two/three designs that I'm interested in?
Absolutely! Please leave any customization details when placing your order.
Can I get started now even though I don't have the final numbers yet?
Yes! If you're looking to get the design underway earlier but still are unsure of final numbers and details, we can always start with a 25% deposit, then the remaining balance will be due when we go to print. If you're interested in this option, please contact me.
Do you offer matching day-of stationery?
Yes! All of our designs are available with matching menus, place cards, thank you cards, programs, table numbers, signs and anything else you may need to create a cohesive look.
What type of paper do you offer?
For digital printing, our standard paper is Classic Crest 110 lb. white card stock, also available in off-white. We also offer upgrades to 100 lb. Linen, 130 lb. Matte and 240 lb. Matte.
For letterpress and foil stamping, our standard paper is Cranes Lettra 110 lb. white cotton card stock, also available in off-white with an optional upgrade to 220 lb.
