The Ordering Process
How does the order process work?
1. Submit your order using this link with your wording details and customization requests.
2. We will be in touch within 1-2 business days with a proof for you to review and an estimate for your order.
3. You'll have the opportunity to make 4 rounds of revisions to your proof and order details. Proof updates are sent every 1-2 business days.
3. Once the final proofs are approved, you'll receive an invoice for your order and once paid, your order will move into production!
How many proofs are included with my order?
There are 5 rounds of proofs included with every order - the initial proof with the wording details submitted with your order form and 4 rounds of revisions, if needed. Additional proofs are available for $25 per proof.
How long will it take to receive my order once in production?
- Letterpress Invitations - 2-3 weeks
- Digitally Printed invitations - 1-2 weeks
- Day-of Stationery - 3-5 business days
Rush printing and shipping are available, if needed.
When do I submit payment?
We don't require payment until you're ready to print! When the time comes, you'll be able to submit payment via a Quickbooks using any major credit card.
Can I get started now even though I don't have the final numbers yet?
Yes! Nothing is step in stone until you're ready to print!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all US orders via USPS. International shipping charges may vary depending on location and weight of package.
Can I order a printed proof?
We're happy to prepare a digitally printed proof of your invitation suite for $40. This means you would receive 1 personalized invitation with your wording details, on the paper of your choice and with all suite items included so you can see your invitation before ordering. Due to the unique print method, we can't provide printed proofs of letterpress and foil designs.
Printed proofs take anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks to prepare, depending on your order details.
Our complimentary, non-personalized sample kits are printed using the same materials and include all paper and print options available.
Can I customize the fonts on the design?
Can I customize the font colors on the design?
Absolutely! We can customize the fonts to any CMYK or Pantone color.
Can I combine 2-3 designs that I'm interested in?
Absolutely! Please leave specific details in the comments section on the order form.
Do you offer matching day-of stationery?
Yes! All of our designs are available with matching menus, place cards, thank you cards, programs, table numbers, signs and anything else you may need to create a cohesive look.
What type of paper do you offer?
For digital printing, our standard paper is a 120 lb. Matte white card stock, also available in off-white. We also offer upgrades to 100 lb. Linen and 240 lb. Matte.
For letterpress and foil stamping, our standard paper is Cranes Lettra 110 lb. white cotton card stock, also available in off-white with an optional upgrade to 220 lb.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you're located in California, there is 8.5% sales tax that is applied to every order.
Who owns the design created by Just Jurf?
Just Jurf retains all rights, title, and interest, including all copyrights, patent rights, and trade secret rights of all products sold by Just Jurf. Just Jurf retains the right to reasonably reproduce, publish and display these products for marketing, promotional purposes, portfolio use, sample work and/or case studies.
Will my proof look exactly like it does on the computer?
Images and colors displayed on-screen may vary depending on monitors and what is shown may NOT be an exact representation of what will be printed, though they will be as close as we can make it. If you're concerned, we recommend ordering a sample or a printed proof of your invitation design.
